ILAÍ Warranty Policy
Quality Guarantee
We are committed to offering the highest quality products. Each item is meticulously handmade by skilled artisans, ensuring unique craftsmanship, durability, and reliability through rigorous quality control at every stage of production.
Manufacturing Warranty
We guarantee that our handmade garments are free from production defects. Should you find a defect related to craftsmanship, we will replace or repair the item free of charge.
Warranty Period
Our warranty covers products for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase, specifically covering quality and craftsmanship defects.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, excessive wear, improper washing, or negligence.

Normal wear and tear, abrasion, or damage from improper use or mishandling.

Alterations, scratches, scrapes, or damage caused by chemicals or unauthorized cleaning methods.
Warranty Claim Procedure

To file a warranty claim, please email ilai.knitwear@gmail.com with the subject line "WARRANTY CLAIM."

Include in your message:

Your order information and purchase date.

A detailed description of the defect.

Photographs of the item clearly showing the defect.

Once verified, we will inspect the returned item and confirm whether the warranty applies. If approved, we will proceed with the repair or replacement of the product within 20 business days.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability under this warranty is limited strictly to the replacement or repair of the defective item. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages.
Additional Terms

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
